Arrive at motorcycle store to rent Harley's 
9:45 a.m.  Depart Phoenix
12:30 p.m. Lunch in Tombstone
2 p.m.  Admission to Tombstone, Gunfight and access to museums and Historama Show
5 p.m.  Depart for Bisbee
5:45 p.m. Arrive in Bisbee and check into Copper Queen Hotel
6:30 p.m. Dinner at Café Roka in Bisbee

Wednesday, March 25, 2009
8:30 a.m. Depart Bisbee
9 a.m.  Arrive at Karchner Caverns
10 a.m.  90-minute Tour of Karchner Caverns
11:30 a.m. Depart Karchner Caverns
Noon  Lunch in Benson
1 p.m.  Depart Benson
3:30 p.m. Return Harley's to Eagle Rider
4 - 4:30 p.m. Transfer to Phoenix or Airport

Cost:

US$925 per person with a minimum of 10 Harley Rentals. The price is the same for single and double occupancy with a guest sharing the same Harley. All participants must have a valid motorcycle license and are required to place a US$1,000 down payment with the motorcycle store. 

US$800 per person: Harley ride through Southern Arizona (using your own Harley)

US$1,025 per person: Harley ride through Southern Arizona (in vehicle, not on a Harley). Please note: There is a 10-person minimum for the vehicle. If more than 20 people sign up to ride in the vehicle, the cost will be reduced to US$920 per person.

Cost Includes: Round-trip Phoenix transportation to and from the motorcycle store, if applicable. Two-day Harley rental, hotel accommodations, meals as described, Harley Escort/Guide, admissions and tours as described, taxes and gratuities.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• A US$250 per-person deposit is due 90 days prior to trip departure date. Cancellations made between 90-60 days prior will receive full refund of deposit.
• Remaining balance is due (full payment) 60 days prior to trip departure date. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date.
