EO Charlotte Member Honored as Business Leader

EO Charlotte member Eric Dudley, president of interactive marketing agency WebsiteBiz, has been selected for the Business Leader Media’s 2009 Movers & Shakers Award. Winners are either rising leaders within companies with more than 100 employees or C-level executives leading rising companies with fewer than 100 employees. Winners were honored at an awards ceremony on September 23.

Dudley is one of the founders of the Charlotte Interactive Marketing Association, currently serving as First Vice Chair. A frequent contributor to MarketerInsight.com, he has also been a guest blogger for the 2009 Search Engine Strategies (SES) Conference & Expo in San Jose, California and will be a speaker at the ExactTarget Connections ’09: Success By Design conference in Indianapolis.

Under Dudley’s leadership, WebsiteBiz has been named to Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies for three consecutive years. WebsiteBiz was also recently named one of the top 100 small businesses in North Carolina by Business Leader Media and the only exclusive interactive marketing agency ranked as one of the Top 25 Advertising and Marketing Agencies by the Charlotte Business Journal.

Dudley was named to the prestigious Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40 list of young leaders of accomplishment and was named as one of Charlotte’s Impact Leaders and Top Entrepreneurs by Charlotte Business Leader in recognition of his business achievements and commitment to the community. He has also been nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.​
