Anthony Ramirez understands that entrepreneurship is a journey built on experience, resilience, and a willingness to keep learning in community.
After more than three decades in the security industry, Anthony founded Lincoln Security Services in 2012 with a vision to build a company grounded in professionalism, trust, and operational excellence. What began as an entrepreneurial leap has grown into one of the leading contract security firms in the United States. Under his leadership, Lincoln Security Services has provided security planning and operations for some of the largest public and private facilities in the United States as well as some of the nation’s largest events. His firm has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies six times in nine years, most recently in 2025. In 2024, the company was also named among the 50 fastest-growing companies in the Chicagoland area by Crain’s Chicago Business for the third time.
Anthony joined Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) through EO Chicago in 2014, seeking the connection, learning, and shared experiences that come from being part of a community of fellow entrepreneurs. He quickly became involved in chapter leadership, supporting both Forum and membership initiatives before serving as chapter president in FY2019/2020. As chapter president, Anthony encouraged members to broaden their EO experience beyond the local level. His enthusiasm for connection and learning helped inspire a record number of EO Chicago members to participate in EO XCentric, the U.S. Central region’s signature learning and connection event.
His leadership journey continued as U.S. Central Growth Director from FY2020-2022, followed by two years as Regional Chair of EO U.S. Central from FY2023-2025. In those roles, he helped support one of EO’s largest regions, serving more than 20 chapters and thousands of members across the mid-United States.
In July 2025, Anthony was elected to the EO Global Board of Directors, where he now helps guide the future of the organization at the highest level. In June 2026, his fellow directors selected him to serve as Chair-Elect for FY2026/2027. Following his Chair-Elect year, Anthony will become EO Global Chair, making history as the first leader to serve under EO’s new two-year Global Chair structure.
“EO has created extraordinary value for entrepreneurs around the world by bringing together leaders who are willing to learn, grow, and support one another. I’m honored by the trust my fellow Board Directors have placed in me, and I look forward to working alongside our members, staff, and leaders globally to help advance our strategic direction and leave the organization stronger than we found it.”
A proud fourth-generation Chicagoan, Anthony is passionate about travel, lifelong learning, and gaining new perspectives. He has visited 50 countries and 47 U.S. states, experiences that continue to shape both his leadership and outlook on life. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Christine, and their son, Parker. Together, they are dedicated advocates for children with special needs and support the National Organization for Disorders of the Corpus Callosum, inspired by Parker’s journey with the rare neurological condition.
