Explore Our Community’s Growth and Impact Each Year

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) transparently recaps and reflects on our successful past year of learning, connection, innovation and growth across the digital pages of our global annual report. The report offers a colorful look back at the previous year’s programmatic highlights, regional and chapter achievements, and global financial expenses and investments, while complementing the release of our U.S.-registered 501(c)3 organization’s audited financial statements for a specific fiscal year.

Among the ways that EO measures success in a given period of time is through member engagement, or participation, in local, regional and global products and events. Some of these events focus on individual learning, while others create opportunities for entrepreneurs to network, exchange insights, develop as leaders, and share new experiences in our Forums, chapters, and MyEO Groups.

From our beginnings in 1987 to today, EO offers members a diverse, high-quality community for successful owners of businesses with more than US$1 million in annual revenue. Our member experience brings entrepreneurs along a journey of connection, learning, and peer-supported leadership training, while supporting the holistic, lived experience of the individual and his or her family. The many diverse events we offer — filled with keynote speakers and experiential learning opportunities — coupled with our member Forums, Path of Leadership, and Executive Education Programs, collectively contribute to some of the highest annual renewal rates in the field of membership associations. Retention is another way we measure success.

EO’s FY2024/2025 Annual Report looks back on some of the year’s highlight moments, regional and chapter achievements, and indicators of organizational health with product summaries, member spotlight stories, and detailed data. Notable results for the year were:

2,544 new members joined EO in FY2024/2025, marking a 5 percent jump in new-member growth from the prior year
By June of 2025, EO’s overall membership swelled to just over 20,000 up 5.5 percent year-over-year
5 new EO chapters launched
18 percent increase in the number of members participating in EO’s Path of Leadership over the past five years
15 percent growth in the EO Women Community; 26 percent growth in the EO Under 35 Community
235 entrepreneurs graduated from EO’s Accelerator program, a 40 percent increase year-over-year
107 local and national Global Student Entrepreneur Awards competitions were held worldwide, including 10 new contests
