ANTHONY RAMIREZ

Anthony Ramirez founded Lincoln Security Services in 2012 and has 30 years of experience in the contract security industry. His company has planned security for some of the nation’s largest events and has five times been named in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held firms in the United States. In 2024, Lincoln Security was listed among the 50 fastest-growing companies in the Chicagoland area by Crain’s Chicago Business. Real estate ownership has also been a core part of Anthony’s business interests since making his first investment at just 23 years old.  

Anthony joined EO through its chapter in Chicago in 2014. He quickly stepped into chapter leadership roles in service to Forum and membership, ultimately becoming  chapter president in 2019-20. As president, Anthony encouraged his fellow members to venture out and experience EO learning, connection, and growth event opportunities beyond their chapter, sending a record number of attendees to the region’s signature event, EO XCentric.  

He stepped into EO’s regional Path of Leadership as U.S. Central Growth Director from 2020-22 and served two years as Regional Chair (2023-25). In December 2024, Anthony was elected and ratified by the full membership to serve a four-year term on EO’s Global Board of Directors, beginning July 2025. 

A proud, fourth-generation Chicagoan, Anthony is also an avid traveler who has visited 50 countries and 47 of 50 U.S. states. He resides outside the city with his wife, Christine, and their son, Parker. Together, they are fierce advocates for children with special needs and supporters of the National Organization for Disorders of the Corpus Callosum, the brain disorder their son lives with.
