EO Netherlands member since 2012, Global Board Director
With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Chang Ng joined EO’s Global Board in 2022 as a Director after 12 years of active membership through its chapter in the Netherlands. He became President of EO Netherlands in 2017 and later earned a position on the Regional Council for EO Europe, where he was instrumental in launching initiatives like the MyEO Industry Groups Globally and the EO Leaders Connect & Grow Series. After two consecutive years of leadership as EO Europe’s Regional Chair, Chang was elected to a three-year term on EO’s Global Board, where he focuses on Purpose, strategic priorities, leadership development, and empowering over 18,000 business owners globally.
Chang’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2001 when he bootstrapped his first company. Since then, he has founded more than 10 companies, including Constrive, 10xCrew and Mconomy, and has taken on roles such as mentor, strategic advisor, and investor for various startups and scaleups. Today, as the Founder and CEO of Constrive Holdings, Chang leads a growing ecosystem of companies focused on enhancing collaboration across the eCommerce and technology sectors. At Constrive, he is dedicated to building ventures that align with purpose and values, while cultivating conscious leaders who are committed to driving sustainable business practices. Currently, Chang is building a sub-ecosystem within Constrive aimed at enhancing people development, leadership growth, and leadership consciousness. Under his leadership, Constrive has integrated long-term impact responsibility into its culture, nurturing ventures that thrive by aligning their strategies with sustainability and value creation for future generations.
Chang holds an MSc in Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has furthered his leadership expertise through EO’s Executive Education programs at EMP and London Business
School. He has also participated in the OPM program at Harvard Business School. Chang is a graduate of both the High Performance Leadership YPO IMD program and the High Performance Board program at IMD. In addition to his leadership at EO, he serves as a Strategic Advisor to Maven 11 Capital and is a steward of the B for Good Leaders Cooperative, a global movement of business leaders committed to using business as a force for good.
Chang now resides in Amsterdam, where he was born and raised, together with his wife and three daughters. Fluent in Dutch, English, and Cantonese, he values family and global connections, reflecting the cultural diversity that has shaped his leadership approach.
