DAVE LOANEY

An active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization through its Arizona chapter since 2008, Dave Loaney was elected and confirmed to the EO Global Board of Directors in July 2023. He simultaneously serves as the organization's Standing Finance Committee Chair and EO Treasurer. Dave embarked on EO's Path of Leadership in 2009 with service on his chapter board before rising to the position of chapter president in 2013-2014. He led EO regionally in focus areas including recruitment and finance, before serving as the organization’s U.S. West Regional Finance Director.

Beyond EO, Dave embraces challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. In the months following the 2001 economic downturn and well before the sector became the hot market it is today, he founded Premier Semiconductor Services, LLC. His resilience paid off when, in 2014, he completed a successful 90-day exit of that business. He credits his relationships in EO as helping him navigate a complicated and intense process.

Dave has done business in more than 50 countries across the corporate world and, in his earlier career, worked for large enterprises such as Arthur Andersen, Pillsbury and Apple. Today, he and his business partner have multiple entities that provide loans for legal services throughout the United States. Together with his wife, they own two of the highest volume UPS Store franchises in the western United States.

A Minnesota native, Dave obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, and his master’s in international marketing and advertising from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management). He has served on several boards for both professional and charitable causes, including seven plus years as a member of the BBVA Bank Advisory Board, receiving various awards for his civic and philanthropic work. He currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife.
