KHURAM SALEEM

EO Lahore member since 2011, Global Board Director

CEO and co-owner of the Unze Group, Khuram Saleem is an expert in manufacturing, services, construction, and retail industries. An EO member in Pakistan since 2011, Khuram credits his EO experience with shaping his strategy for expanding his family’s footwear business into international markets. He currently oversees Unze’s manufacturing segment, including the production of concrete poles for government contracts. He has recently diversified his business interest into the hospitality sector and is set to open an educational institute and sports complex.  

Khuram’s EO journey has been characterized by service and mentorship. He has touched many facets of EO with experiences including Member Experience Director, Growth Director, Accelerator Chair, Forum Chair, and Education Chair. He served as EO Lahore’s Chapter President in 2016-17.  

As MEPA Regional Chair from 2021-2023, Khuram led a three-year strategic vision focused on inclusivity, member engagement, and sustainable regional development, achieving 23% membership growth and a 92.3% renewal rate. His leadership mentoring program has significantly increased MEPA’s representation on EO global committees. Khuram also contributed as a member of EO’s Organizational Design team and in December 2024, was elected to serve a four-year term on EO’s Global Board of Directors, starting July 2025. 

Outside of his business ventures, Khuram serves as an independent director on the boards of Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power Ltd (QATPL) and Punjab Thermal Power Ltd (PTPL), both government-owned power generation companies. He is also actively involved in philanthropic initiatives that serve underprivileged communities. Khuram was born and raised in London and moved to Pakistan in 2010. He and his wife have four children.
