TAUNYA RENSON-MARTIN
EO Belgium Member since 2015, Global Board Chair-Elect
Strategy, creativity, inclusivity, and results. These are not just words for Taunya Renson-Martin; they are the driving force behind her entrepreneurial journey. As the founder and CEO of Mach Media, Taunya has built a powerhouse B2B marketing and communications agency headquartered in Belgium, serving global corporations across life sciences, chemicals, materials, and the agri-food industries.
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Taunya brought her vision and ambition to Belgium in 2000. By 2007, she launched Mach Media, determined to empower organizations to share their stories with clarity, courage, and creativity. Her agency champions inspired and effective stakeholder engagement, helping clients align their messaging internally and externally for maximum impact.
With more than two decades of experience advising global leaders, Taunya has guided executive teams through complex transformations, designing strategic communication plans that fuel organizational change and unlock their potential. Her commitment to inclusive communication helps organizations build authentic, human-centered connections that strengthen trust and engagement.
Taunya joined EO in 2018, bringing her bold, strategic mindset into the community. After having experienced the transformative power of Forum, she applied its practices to her own business. That sparked a shift at Mach Media from a founder-led model to a thriving, team-driven organization. Her journey demonstrates the EO promise: Together We Grow.
A natural leader, Taunya leaned into EO opportunities early, serving as communications chair and later as president of EO Belgium in FY2020/2021. Her leadership journey expanded regionally as Europe Member Experience Director, then as Europe Regional Chair for two terms. Most recently, she has contributed her expertise on EO’s Global Board and supported the newly formed Leadership Communications Advisory Council, advancing EO’s strategic vision for the future. In 2025, she stepped up once again, serving as a judge for the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards, and is featured on the inspiring ‘Start it Up’ YouTube series that chronicles the competition’s final stages.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Taunya’s passion for the arts is just as powerful. She is a working film and television actor, and founded the BELUSA theater company, a testament to her commitment to growth, creativity, and purpose in every sphere of her life. She lives with her two sons in the Ghent metropolitan area of Belgium.
