Give to Grow: Ad Age’s 2017 Best Places to Work List Features EO Member–Owned InfoTrust
November 21, 2017
Alex Yastrebenetsky is the founder and CEO of InfoTrust, a digital analytics consulting and technology company helping marketers use data to make smarter decisions. He is also an EO Cincinnati member.
InfoTrust has enjoyed a successful November: first by organizing its international Basket Brigade to benefit 435-plus families in need, and by being named to Ad Age’s 2017 Best Place to Work list, which includes 50 U.S. companies in the advertising, marketing and media space. The Ad Age honor was undoubtedly impacted by the company’s core commitment to social entrepreneurship.
Giving back to the community is the foundation of InfoTrust’s culture.
“We believe in giving to grow, and that it is our responsibility to leverage growth as an opportunity to give back globally,” says founder and CEO Alex Yastebenetsky. “Keeping this in mind, we are focused on what else we’ll get to contribute as we continue to grow as a company.”
Alex firmly believes in Priceline co-founder Jeff Hoffman’s assertion, “Our success is someone else’s miracle.” By providing great client service, the company has achieved success enabling it to give back to the community through various programs.
“We are honored to be included on Ad Age’s list,” Alex says. “InfoTrust wouldn’t have made this list without cultivating a culture that puts our community and employees at the forefront. We believe in providing a work experience that makes our employees stark raving fans!” He adds, “Finding a purpose is a key to living a fulfilling life, which is why we started The InfoTrust Foundation, which brings us one huge step closer to this purpose.”
The InfoTrust Foundation will explore two areas:
- Whom do we get to help as we grow? How many lives can be touched as a result of our growth and success?
- How can we maximize our impact? Can we inspire more small businesses to find meaning, give back and build an engaging culture as a result of our leadership by example?
The company offers many great perks such as a daily catered lunch for all employees, free snacks, stand-up or treadmill desks, unlimited PTO and the option to work from home. But perhaps the greatest benefit is the genuine desire of the company to help each employee grow into an even better version of their current selves.
“We are so excited to be on Ad Age’s list, but we’re also incredibly honored that we’ve had the opportunity to give back and do what we can do,” Alex explains. “It wouldn’t be possible without the support of our clients, partners and employees. We owe them all a big thank you!”
