Strategic Planning: Break down your larger goals, say your BHAG (big, hairy, audacious goal) into smaller, manageable goals. Then, develop a strategic plan that outlines the specific actions, resources, tasks, and timelines needed to achieve your objectives within the 13-week timeframe. Try not to front-load it; spread it out over the 13 weeks. What is the best way to eat an elephant? One bite at a time, of course.
