About EO Guadalajara

About EO Guadalajara

Guadalajara isn’t just Mexico’s second-largest city—it’s the beating heart of innovation, tradition, and entrepreneurial drive. At EO Guadalajara, we’re a vibrant community of business builders who are reshaping the landscape of Jalisco and beyond. Known as the "Silicon Valley of Mexico," our city is home to a booming tech scene, deep-rooted manufacturing legacy, and world-class creative talent. It’s the kind of place where ideas scale fast—and so do we. Our chapter is made up of founders who embrace both our city’s cultural roots and its global aspirations. From software development and medical devices to agrotech, food, and fashion, we represent a cross-section of industries, all united by a common mindset: evolve or be left behind. Many of us are first-generation entrepreneurs, and we know what it means to build something from the ground up. The EO Guadalajara experience is grounded in shared growth. We host dynamic learning events that are anything but ordinary—think rooftop panels overlooking the city, workshops with Latin American innovators, and forums that get to the core of who we are as leaders and people. Whether we’re exchanging strategies over tacos and tequila or planning impact initiatives in local communities, we believe that great businesses are built with intention and integrity. Guadalajara’s entrepreneurial pulse is fast, but never out of sync with human connection. That’s why our chapter is known for its warmth. Relationships run deep here, and support is constant—through business shifts, personal wins, and the inevitable challenges. We cheer each other on, we challenge each other to grow, and we celebrate every milestone, big or small. At EO Guadalajara, we’re not just scaling companies—we’re helping shape the future of business in Mexico, with one eye on innovation and the other on legacy.

"EO is so much bigger than a monthly Forum meeting or a calendar of events. It’s a community that can change the way you lead, the way you run your business, and the way you live your life."

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
