About EO Guatemala

Entrepreneurship in Guatemala is a balancing act between beauty and challenge, tradition and change. At EO Guatemala, we live that contrast every day—and we lean into it. Our chapter brings together bold, driven business owners from across the country who are building legacies while navigating one of the most complex economic and social landscapes in Central America. From thriving ventures in agriculture, textiles, and logistics to emerging leaders in fintech, creative industries, and social enterprise, our members span the spectrum of what’s possible in Guatemalan business. Many are family business founders or second-generation visionaries modernizing legacy enterprises. All are united by a deep desire to grow, give back, and shift what’s possible for the country. EO Guatemala is a place where honest conversations happen. We create spaces for learning and transformation—whether it’s a peer forum over breakfast in Zona 10, a leadership retreat in Antigua, or an event that brings local founders face-to-face with global changemakers. Each moment is designed to stretch us, support us, and remind us that we’re not building alone. What makes entrepreneurship in Guatemala unique is the resilience it requires. The path isn’t always smooth, but our community understands how to turn complexity into creativity. We’re not afraid to ask hard questions, challenge systems, or experiment with new ideas in industries that haven’t always welcomed change. Above all, EO Guatemala is rooted in connection. We support each other’s growth—not just in business, but in life. We’re raising families here, creating jobs here, and shaping the future here. It’s not just about profit. It’s about purpose. This chapter is more than a network—it’s a movement of founders who believe Guatemala’s greatest potential is still ahead, and we’re committed to building it, together.

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
