About EO Guayaquil

About EO Guayaquil

Guayaquil isn’t just Ecuador’s commercial heart—it’s a city that pulses with entrepreneurial ambition. At EO Guayaquil, we’re founders who know how to build under pressure, innovate with grit, and lead with heart. This city moves fast, and so do we—but we’re always anchored in purpose and pride for the place we call home. Our chapter is as diverse as Guayaquil itself. Members represent industries from aquaculture, agriculture, and logistics to tech startups, consumer goods, and creative services. We’re scaling businesses in a city where global trade meets local resilience, where the Malecón’s calm contrasts the constant churn of the port—and we embrace both. Many of us are family-business leaders transforming tradition, while others are writing entirely new playbooks. At EO Guayaquil, we believe growth comes from real conversations and meaningful connection. Our chapter creates space for that, whether through executive roundtables overlooking the Guayas River, immersive workshops on leadership and mental wellness, or peer forums that feel like family. These aren’t just business meetings—they’re moments of truth, insight, and transformation. We’re deeply committed to our community. Guayaquil is a city of challenges, but also one of extraordinary opportunity. Many of us invest in impact ventures, local mentorship, and social responsibility initiatives. We believe entrepreneurship is a tool for change, and we use it to lift others as we climb. There’s something uniquely Guayaquileño about our energy: bold, resilient, and always forward-looking. We value loyalty and legacy, but we’re not afraid to disrupt. We lead with authenticity and stay grounded in relationships that matter. EO Guayaquil is more than a chapter—it’s a launchpad for visionaries who are rewriting Ecuador’s entrepreneurial story, one bold step at a time.

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
