About EO Indonesia

About EO Indonesia

Indonesia is a nation of possibility—17,000 islands, 270 million people, and a rising generation of founders eager to shape the future. At EO Indonesia, we reflect that scale and spirit. Our chapter brings together entrepreneurs from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Bandung, and beyond, creating a diverse, energetic, and deeply connected network. Our members are builders in every sense—scaling businesses across industries like fintech, F&B, logistics, e-commerce, health, and sustainability. Some come from long-standing family enterprises, while others are blazing new paths as first-generation founders. What connects us is the desire to lead with vision, grow with integrity, and leave a lasting impact on the communities we serve. At EO Indonesia, the energy is real. Forums are spaces of trust and growth, where members share the full picture—highs, lows, and everything in between. Learning events range from intimate sessions with Southeast Asia’s top innovators to immersive leadership retreats on the shores of Bali. Every touchpoint is designed to strengthen us not just as business leaders, but as people. Entrepreneurship in Indonesia requires agility. Our economy is fast-changing, our markets are varied, and our infrastructure is still developing in parts of the country. But we don’t see those as obstacles—we see them as opportunities. EO Indonesia is a space where ideas are pressure-tested, where challenges become catalysts, and where founders build bold visions rooted in local relevance and global ambition. We’re also deeply community-focused. Many of our members are actively involved in mentoring, impact investing, and grassroots innovation projects that uplift lives across the archipelago. We believe the best businesses don’t just generate revenue—they create value that lasts. At EO Indonesia, we’re not just watching the future take shape. We’re building it—from the ground up, and together.

"EO is so much bigger than a monthly Forum meeting or a calendar of events. It’s a community that can change the way you lead, the way you run your business, and the way you live your life."

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
