About EO Jordan

About EO Jordan

In a region defined by complexity and change, Jordan stands out as a hub of stability, creativity, and rising innovation—and EO Jordan is right at the heart of it. Our chapter brings together entrepreneurs who lead with resourcefulness, resilience, and a bold vision for the future of business in the Middle East. Based primarily in Amman but drawing influence and connections across the country, our members are reshaping industries: fintech, logistics, education, health tech, retail, hospitality, and social enterprise. Some lead multigenerational businesses with deep roots in Jordanian culture; others are launching startups that speak to global markets. No matter the size or sector, we all share a commitment to building something that lasts. EO Jordan is a space where trust is foundational and growth is holistic. Our forums are safe and confidential—places to speak freely, gain clarity, and grow personally as well as professionally. Learning events are designed to challenge and inspire, whether it's an off-the-record fireside with a regional founder, a strategy workshop in the hills of Jerash, or a leadership retreat by the Dead Sea. Entrepreneurship in Jordan means navigating limited resources with limitless creativity. We face real obstacles—economic shifts, regulatory hurdles, and regional uncertainty—but we meet them with innovation and community. EO Jordan is where those challenges are understood and where members support each other with honest insight and unwavering encouragement. We’re also deeply engaged in impact. Many of our members give back through mentorship, youth education, refugee-focused programs, and sustainability initiatives. We believe entrepreneurship can—and should—be a force for good. At EO Jordan, we’re not just building businesses. We’re shaping futures, strengthening communities, and proving that leadership rooted in empathy and vision can transform an entire region.

"EO is so much bigger than a monthly Forum meeting or a calendar of events. It’s a community that can change the way you lead, the way you run your business, and the way you live your life."

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
