About EO Korea

About EO Korea

In Korea, innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. At EO Korea, we’re a collective of founders who thrive in one of the most technologically advanced, design-savvy, and globally connected economies in the world. From Seoul’s electric pace to the quiet determination found in smaller cities, our chapter brings together entrepreneurs who are reshaping industries with precision, passion, and purpose. Our members represent a wide spectrum of sectors—K-beauty, entertainment, fintech, health tech, manufacturing, logistics, food innovation, and edtech, to name a few. Some are global exporters of iconic Korean products; others are redefining what it means to be a startup in a hyper-competitive landscape. What unites us is our shared ambition and our commitment to doing things with excellence. EO Korea is a space where leaders unplug to get real. Our forums offer the rare opportunity to share openly in a culture where leadership can sometimes feel isolating. We talk about more than revenue—we talk about legacy, family, failure, and what it takes to lead well in a society that’s always moving. Our learning events combine global insight with local relevance, whether it's an intimate strategy session in Gangnam or a wellness retreat outside the city. Entrepreneurship in Korea demands both speed and stamina. The stakes are high, the bar is higher, and the room for error is small. But with that pressure comes breakthrough. EO Korea is where we process the pressure, learn from it, and come out sharper—together. We’re also deeply engaged in giving back. Many of our members mentor rising entrepreneurs, support youth and innovation programs, and invest in projects that strengthen the nation’s future. We believe entrepreneurship isn’t just about advancement—it’s about responsibility. At EO Korea, we grow fast, we grow strong, and most importantly, we grow together—with intention, humility, and relentless drive.

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
