About EO Lebanon

About EO Lebanon

In Lebanon, entrepreneurship is more than strategy—it’s survival, passion, and purpose all rolled into one. At EO Lebanon, we are founders who lead through uncertainty with courage, build through complexity with creativity, and stay deeply rooted in our love for this country, no matter the challenge. Our members represent a wide range of industries: fashion, F&B, finance, logistics, tech, agriculture, design, and social impact. Some lead legacy businesses that have weathered decades of change. Others are driving the new wave of Lebanese innovation—scaling startups that speak to global audiences while grounded in local pride. What unites us is our refusal to give up, and our belief that Lebanon’s greatest strength lies in its people. EO Lebanon is more than a chapter—it’s a lifeline. Our forums are spaces where founders open up about the personal and professional realities of leading through crisis, change, and renewal. Our learning events blend resilience with relevance, designed to inspire, educate, and strengthen. Whether we’re hosting a masterclass in the mountains, a strategy session in Beirut, or a quiet reflection by the sea, each gathering offers more than tools—it offers clarity and connection. Doing business in Lebanon is not easy—but it’s deeply meaningful. We navigate financial challenges, political uncertainty, and infrastructure gaps with ingenuity, resourcefulness, and an unshakable belief in better days ahead. EO Lebanon is where that optimism becomes strategy, and where founders lean on each other—not just for ideas, but for strength. We are also deeply tied to community. Many of our members are actively involved in rebuilding efforts, youth empowerment, sustainable development, and nonprofit leadership. Business here is about more than success—it’s about service. At EO Lebanon, we build with heart, we lead with soul, and we rise—again and again—together.

Members Are Talking

Joining EO Lebanon has been one of the best decisions of my entrepreneurial journey. Being in a room with peers who truly understand the pressures of building a business — no titles, no selling, just honest experience shared — has changed how I lead. My Forum has become a group I trust with the decisions I can't talk about anywhere else. EO doesn't just make you a better entrepreneur; it reminds you that you're not doing this alone.

EO Lebanon has had a direct, measurable impact on how I run my company. The learning events, the member-to-member experience sharing, and the accountability of being surrounded by ambitious peers have pushed me to think bigger and move faster than I would have on my own. I've picked up practical ideas I applied the same week, and I've avoided mistakes because someone in the room had already lived through them. But what surprised me most wasn't the business tactics — it was how much the community shaped my mindset. Being part of EO reminds me, every month, that growth is a discipline and that the right people around you make all the difference. For any entrepreneur in Lebanon serious about leveling up, this is the network I'd point them to first.

What makes EO Lebanon special is hard to put into words until you're in the room. It's a community of entrepreneurs who genuinely want each other to win — people who show up, who listen, who share what actually worked and what didn't. In a market as demanding as ours, that kind of honest, generous support is rare and incredibly valuable. I've gained mentors, friends, and a sounding board I rely on, and I've grown as much personally as I have professionally. EO gave me a place to belong as an entrepreneur, and it's made the hard parts of this journey feel a lot less lonely. Joining is one of the best investments I've made in myself and my business.

I joined EO Lebanon expecting a good network. What I got was a turning point. Surrounding myself with entrepreneurs who are as driven — and as honest about their struggles — as I am has reshaped the way I think, lead, and make decisions. The value isn't in any single event or connection; it's in the compounding effect of being part of a community that consistently raises your standards. I've become more intentional about my business, more open about my challenges, and more confident in my direction. The relationships I've built here go far beyond business; these are people I'll know for life. If you're an entrepreneur in Lebanon wondering whether EO is worth it, I'd say the real question is how much longer you want to grow alone. EO Lebanon gave me a community that grows with me — and that has made all the difference.
