About EO Panama

About EO Panama

Panama is where worlds meet—and where entrepreneurs thrive at the intersection of commerce, culture, and ambition. At EO Panama, we are a community of founders building across borders and industries, leveraging the country’s global position and regional spirit to lead businesses with impact. Our members are as diverse as the nation itself, working in finance, logistics, tourism, agriculture, technology, infrastructure, construction, retail, and emerging digital sectors. Some are continuing family legacies that helped shape the modern economy; others are first-generation entrepreneurs forging their own paths. What brings us together is a shared desire to grow—not just in size, but in capability, leadership, and purpose. EO Panama is a space where strategy meets camaraderie. Our forums are confidential, supportive circles where entrepreneurs reflect on business challenges and personal growth. Our learning events draw on Panama’s global links and entrepreneurial energy—whether through leadership workshops in Casco Viejo, networking events in the business district, or retreats along the Pacific coast. Doing business in Panama means moving fast, thinking globally, and building with resilience. The market is competitive and full of opportunity, with access to both regional and international growth. EO Panama helps founders navigate that landscape with the right tools, peer support, and a mindset focused on sustainability and long-term vision. Many of our members are also committed to social impact—supporting youth entrepreneurship, sustainability initiatives, and education programs that strengthen the nation’s future. We believe leadership means creating value for others, not just our companies. At EO Panama, we scale with purpose, lead with clarity, and stay deeply rooted in a country that has always been a bridge—not just between oceans, but between people, ideas, and possibility.

"EO is so much bigger than a monthly Forum meeting or a calendar of events. It’s a community that can change the way you lead, the way you run your business, and the way you live your life."

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
