About EO Philippines

About EO Philippines

In the Philippines, entrepreneurship is woven into our way of life—with creativity, grit, and a strong sense of community at its core. At EO Philippines, we are a diverse group of founders leading businesses that reflect both the heart of our culture and the pace of our progress. From Metro Manila’s bustling innovation corridors to regional enterprises across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, we are building companies that thrive locally and scale globally. Our members represent industries as wide-ranging as tech, manufacturing, retail, logistics, real estate, construction, healthcare, food and beverage, education, and digital services. Some are second-generation business leaders carrying forward legacy with fresh vision; others are first-time founders creating entirely new markets. What connects us is a shared mindset of resilience, resourcefulness, and relentless optimism. EO Philippines is where entrepreneurship becomes transformation. Our forums are safe, confidential spaces where leaders can reflect, grow, and navigate the real challenges of building in a fast-changing economy. Our learning events bring global insights to local relevance—whether it’s a strategy session in Bonifacio Global City, a leadership retreat by the sea, or a deep-dive on scaling in Southeast Asia. Leading a business in the Philippines means navigating complexity with heart—from regulatory shifts to digital disruption to the importance of human connection in everything we do. EO Philippines offers the clarity, support, and camaraderie that founders need to lead with both boldness and humility. We are also a chapter deeply committed to impact. Many of our members are actively involved in social entrepreneurship, inclusive hiring, youth mentorship, and nation-building initiatives. For us, success is not just a personal milestone—it’s a way to uplift communities and shape a better future. At EO Philadelphia, we grow with heart, lead with authenticity, and build businesses that reflect the same spirit of resilience and innovation that’s always been a part of this great city.

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
