About EO Porto Alegre

About EO Porto Alegre

Porto Alegre is a city where entrepreneurial roots run deep—and where founders lead with both vision and heart. At EO Porto Alegre, we are a community of business owners who reflect the strength, creativity, and resilience of Rio Grande do Sul. We build companies that honor tradition while embracing transformation, always grounded in relationships and the desire to make a lasting impact. Our members lead ventures in agribusiness, technology, logistics, construction, retail, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and education. Some of us are scaling startups born in co-working spaces; others are stewarding multi-generational family businesses that helped shape the region’s economy. What connects us is the belief that great leadership is about more than growth—it’s about legacy, learning, and shared purpose. EO Porto Alegre is where entrepreneurs grow together. Our forums are trusted spaces for real conversations—about business, family, and the personal side of success. Our learning events are rich in content and connection, whether we’re gathering for a leadership workshop in the city or retreating to the Serra Gaúcha for reflection and strategy. Running a business in southern Brazil means navigating complexity with confidence—regulatory shifts, economic cycles, and a competitive market that values long-term thinking. EO Porto Alegre equips members to face those challenges with clarity and support, surrounded by peers who understand the local landscape and global opportunity. We are also deeply invested in community. Many of our members are involved in mentorship, philanthropy, and regional development initiatives that strengthen both people and place. Here, entrepreneurship isn’t just about building wealth—it’s about building the South. At EO Porto Alegre, we grow with grit, lead with integrity, and stand proudly as entrepreneurs shaped by the culture, history, and future of this unique and powerful region.
