About EO Puerto Rico

Entrepreneurship in Puerto Rico is more than business—it’s a declaration of resilience, pride, and possibility. At EO Puerto Rico, we are founders who lead with heart and hustle, building companies that reflect the island’s rich heritage and bold future. We believe in the power of business to uplift, inspire, and transform communities from within. Our members span industries as diverse as hospitality, tourism, tech, real estate, finance, food and beverage, construction, healthcare, and education. Some are reinventing legacy businesses; others are launching innovative startups with regional and international reach. What connects us is a passion for growth and a deep-rooted commitment to Puerto Rico’s long-term success. EO Puerto Rico is where leaders come to evolve—personally, professionally, and as a collective force for change. Our forums are safe, confidential spaces where entrepreneurs can share challenges and triumphs with authenticity. Our learning events are infused with the vibrancy of Puerto Rican culture, combining global insights with local relevance. Whether we’re connecting in Old San Juan or along the coast, we cultivate wisdom, courage, and connection in every gathering. Leading a business on the island means navigating complexity—economic cycles, natural disasters, infrastructure limitations—yet our members continue to thrive with agility, creativity, and collaboration. EO Puerto Rico offers the support and strategic tools to build not just for today, but for generations to come. We are also deeply committed to impact. Many of our members are involved in rebuilding efforts, education programs, sustainability initiatives, and nonprofit leadership. In EO Puerto Rico, success is shared—and leadership extends far beyond the boardroom. At EO Puerto Rico, we grow with conviction, lead with joy, and stand proudly as entrepreneurs dedicated to the flourishing of our island and its people.
