About EO Romania - Coming Soon

Romania is a country on the rise—home to vibrant cities, a skilled workforce, and a new generation of founders shaping what’s next in Central and Eastern Europe. EO Romania is launching soon, and with it, a chapter committed to empowering entrepreneurs who are building with purpose, agility, and global ambition. Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, and other urban centers are becoming hotbeds for innovation—driven by strong tech talent, a growing startup scene, and Romania’s strategic position between East and West. The entrepreneurs leading this momentum are scaling businesses across software, manufacturing, fintech, logistics, education, energy, creative industries, real estate, and e-commerce. Many are navigating local complexity while expanding globally—and EO Romania will offer the platform to grow smarter, together. This chapter is being built by founders who understand that entrepreneurship is not a solo journey. EO Romania will offer confidential peer forums, world-class learning experiences, and access to a global network of over 18,000+ EO members worldwide. Whether managing a multigenerational business or launching a high-growth venture, members will find insight, accountability, and deep connection in this trusted space. Launching a business in Romania requires resilience and clarity—navigating bureaucracy, competition, and shifting markets while unlocking opportunity across a dynamic, emerging economy. EO Romania will be a powerful community where founders can share not only strategies, but real stories—about leadership, challenges, growth, and legacy. We are also excited to contribute beyond business. This chapter will foster mentorship, social impact initiatives, and collaborative projects that support Romania’s next generation of innovators and changemakers. At EO Romania, we’re building more than a chapter—we’re building a movement. A place for visionary entrepreneurs to grow, give, and lead in one of Europe’s most promising landscapes.
