About EO Saskatoon

About EO Saskatoon

Saskatoon is a place where innovation takes root in the soil of resilience. Known for its open skies, vibrant culture, and tight-knit community, this prairie city is quietly powering some of Canada’s most promising entrepreneurial stories. At EO Saskatoon, we are founders who build with intention—grounded in values, connected to our region, and inspired by the opportunity to shape what’s next. Our members lead ventures across agriculture, technology, construction, professional services, food production, manufacturing, and more. Some are expanding multigenerational businesses built on Saskatchewan grit; others are launching startups that bridge local insight with national or global reach. What unites us is a shared belief in hard work, trust, and long-term thinking. EO Saskatoon is where business leadership gets personal. Our forums are confidential, high-trust spaces where founders go beyond metrics—to talk honestly about the decisions, risks, and transitions that come with running a business. Our learning events are practical and thought-provoking, featuring local voices and global perspectives that challenge our thinking while honoring our roots. Entrepreneurship in Saskatoon requires vision and perseverance. Our economy is diversifying, innovation is rising, and community support is strong—but growth still takes creativity, resilience, and connection. EO Saskatoon provides the tools, peer support, and space to scale with confidence and clarity. We are also deeply invested in this place. Many of our members contribute to education, agriculture sustainability, Indigenous business partnerships, and community development. In Saskatoon, success isn’t just about revenue—it’s about impact. At EO Saskatoon, we grow with humility, lead with strength, and build companies that reflect the integrity, opportunity, and spirit of the Canadian Prairies.

Members Are Talking

I've been a member of EO since 2015. One of the things I've learned is that no matter what challenge you're facing in business or life, someone in EO has probably been there before. EO has given me a trusted group of peers where I can openly share experiences, learn from others, and gain new perspectives. Over the years, my Forum mates have become genuine friends. The business advice has been valuable, but the friendships and shared experiences have had the biggest impact on me.

I started running a law firm in 2015. Ten years later it’s closer to a tech company, and most of what bridged that gap I learned outside the practice of law. EO has been a big part of that. The chapter put me in regular contact with people building real businesses, hitting problems I hadn’t reached yet but was about to. Forum gave me a confidential place to think out loud with people who’d been there. EO has made me a sharper operator and a more honest one. “Forum doesn’t give me answers. It gives me eight people who’ve earned the right to ask me better questions.” “Running a company is lonely. EO is where I stop carrying it alone.”

After four years, the relationships are what I value most. You cannot manufacture a room of people who tell you the truth. What EO gives me is a room where I can be honest. As entrepreneurs we are good at projecting that everything is handled, and EO is one of the few places that lets you set that down. The peer learning is the real draw. I have learned more from members sharing what they actually lived through than from any seminar. The people I have met here have become trusted friends, not just contacts.

I joined EO to strengthen my business, and it has delivered far greater returns than I ever imagined. Through EO, I learned the importance of working on my business, not just in it. More importantly, EO has expanded my capacity to fully experience and navigate everything around me. I feel more confident, more present, and more intentional—both at work and at home. In a world where entrepreneurs often feel alone, EO taught me that vulnerability creates belonging.
