About EO Shenzhen

About EO Shenzhen

Shenzhen is where ideas become industries—fast. Once a small fishing village, now one of the world’s most advanced innovation hubs, this city embodies transformation. At EO Shenzhen, we are founders who build in that spirit—nimble, future-focused, and ready to scale ideas into impact. Our members are leaders across sectors that shape the new economy: hardware, software, AI, robotics, logistics, healthtech, e-commerce, manufacturing, design, education, and finance. Some are serial entrepreneurs driving the next big disruption; others are redefining legacy models through speed and smart adaptation. What connects us is a mindset of innovation—applied, relentless, and always evolving. EO Shenzhen is where entrepreneurs find a trusted circle in a fast-moving world. Our confidential forums are high-trust spaces where we share openly—about pressure, pivots, leadership, and legacy. Our learning events bring together thinkers and doers from across the Greater Bay Area and the world, making each experience actionable, energizing, and rooted in growth. Doing business in Shenzhen demands agility. The ecosystem is lightning-fast, the talent pool is deep, and the global spotlight is always on. EO Shenzhen helps founders stay focused, supported, and ahead—combining peer connection with strategic insights to thrive in a high-performance environment. We are also committed to giving back. Our members mentor young founders, support innovation in education, and engage in projects that advance sustainability and social progress. Here, entrepreneurship is about building the future—with responsibility and vision. At EO Shenzhen, we grow with speed, lead with purpose, and build companies that reflect the innovation, ambition, and intensity of China’s most entrepreneurial city.
