About EO St. Louis

St. Louis has always been a launch point—for pioneers, inventors, and now, bold entrepreneurs shaping the future of business in the heart of America. At EO St. Louis, we are founders who embrace this legacy of momentum, building companies rooted in grit, creativity, and Midwestern resilience. Our members represent a cross-section of industries that drive regional and national progress—biotech, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, food and beverage, professional services, finance, and technology. From revitalizing century-old family businesses to scaling high-growth startups, we lead with deep local pride and global ambition. EO St. Louis is where founders find true connection. Our confidential forums create space for honest conversations around leadership, growth, and the personal journey of entrepreneurship. Within this trusted circle, members gain not just business insight—but life-changing perspective. Our chapter’s learning events reflect the spirit of St. Louis—unpretentious, insightful, and focused on practical transformation. We tap into both local expertise and global voices, ensuring that members walk away with strategies they can immediately apply. Doing business in St. Louis means working at the intersection of legacy and innovation. It’s a city with strong institutions, world-class universities, and a growing startup scene supported by a tight-knit business community. EO St. Louis equips founders to thrive in this environment—offering the structure, accountability, and support needed to scale with purpose. We’re also committed to community impact. Many of our members mentor early-stage entrepreneurs, support local education and equity initiatives, and invest in the next generation of business leaders. In a city known for its heart, we believe leadership includes giving back. At EO St. Louis, we grow with integrity, lead with humility, and build businesses that reflect the strength, soul, and opportunity of our city.
