About EO US West Bridge

About EO US West Bridge

EO US West Bridge is a regional chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization built on four founding principles: Curiosity, Courage, Connection, and Commitment. Our members lead ventures across industries, from healthcare and technology to real estate, logistics, and consumer brands, many operating at national and global scale. We are a borderless community, welcoming entrepreneurs from anywhere in the world, with no geographic boundaries limiting who can belong or where we gather. What unites us isn't a zip code. It's a shared drive to think boldly, lead with intention, and grow alongside people who hold us accountable to our highest potential. At the heart of the Bridge experience are three to four world-class retreats each year, hosted across North America and internationally, designed to do far more than check a box on the calendar. Through Forum Mashups and immersive shared experiences, members build the kind of deep, trust-based relationships that normally take years to form, in a matter of days. This rapid development of real connection, candor, and belonging is what helps transform a group of entrepreneurs into a true community. Conversations move fast, feedback is candid, and every retreat is designed to stretch how you think, lead, and show up. As a proud member of the Global Bridge Alliance, EO US West Bridge connects its members to a worldwide network of like-minded chapters, expanding access to retreats, experiences, and relationships far beyond any single region. Whether you're attending a co-hosted event with a US West chapter, joining a monthly virtual learning session, or traveling internationally with fellow members, the Bridge is built for founders who measure success by results, not optics. This is not a passive membership. It is a commitment to growth, to contribution, and to building something bigger than any one of us could build alone.

"EO is so much bigger than a monthly Forum meeting or a calendar of events. It’s a community that can change the way you lead, the way you run your business, and the way you live your life."

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
