About EO Vancouver

About EO Vancouver

Vancouver is where nature meets innovation. Surrounded by mountains and ocean, this city is more than a postcard backdrop—it’s a thriving hub of entrepreneurial energy. EO Vancouver is home to founders who reflect the city’s unique character: globally minded, socially conscious, and relentlessly driven to create impact. Our members span industries that define the West Coast economy—technology, real estate, clean energy, e-commerce, biotech, finance, creative services, and wellness. Some are launching high-growth ventures from coworking spaces downtown; others are leading mature companies with deep local roots. All are united by a shared pursuit of growth—personally, professionally, and purposefully. At EO Vancouver, connection runs deep. Our confidential forums are trusted spaces where members navigate the realities of leadership, explore difficult questions, and celebrate hard-won wins. These aren’t surface-level conversations—they’re grounded in experience and built on mutual respect. Our learning events are as diverse as our city. From strategic scaling and sustainable growth to founder well-being and conscious leadership, we design experiences that challenge, inspire, and equip members for the evolving demands of business. We regularly host global thought leaders while also tapping into the rich talent pool of the Pacific Northwest. Entrepreneurship in Vancouver is both fast-paced and values-driven. EO Vancouver helps founders stay grounded while scaling big ideas—combining global connection with a local support system that understands the nuances of building here. We’re also a chapter that gives back. Many of our members are mentors, investors, and advocates for community initiatives that promote environmental sustainability, diversity in leadership, and youth entrepreneurship. We believe success should be shared—and that great business should leave a lasting positive mark. At EO Vancouver, we grow with purpose, lead with heart, and build businesses that reflect the boldness, beauty, and global vision of our city.

"EO provides an environment for you to work on yourself through the help of others. Without EO, I would not be the leader I am today nor have the perspective I have today."
