About EO West Michigan

About EO West Michigan

In West Michigan, entrepreneurship is built on hard work, humility, and long-term vision. This is a region where legacy matters—where innovation grows alongside tradition, and where founders don’t just chase growth, they build for generations. EO West Michigan brings together the leaders shaping that future—entrepreneurs grounded in purpose, driven by values, and connected by community. Our members are spread across Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Holland, Muskegon, and other thriving cities and towns throughout the region. They lead businesses in manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage, logistics, tech, construction, consumer goods, and education. Some are carrying forward family-run enterprises; others are launching new ventures that are changing their industries from the inside out. At EO West Michigan, relationships are everything. Our confidential forums are trusted spaces where founders have real conversations—about leadership, legacy, risk, resilience, and the personal challenges that come with building a business in today’s world. These aren’t surface-level interactions—they’re transformational peer connections that last. Our learning events blend national thought leadership with regional relevance. We host experiences that focus on operational excellence, values-based leadership, financial stewardship, and personal development. EO West Michigan supports members in building not just stronger companies—but more intentional lives. In this region, entrepreneurship is closely tied to community. Many of our members are deeply involved in local philanthropy, economic development, and workforce initiatives. We believe in giving back—and in helping others rise alongside us. At EO West Michigan, we grow with grit, lead with humility, and build businesses that reflect the strength, care, and craftsmanship that define our region.
