About EO Winnipeg
Winnipeg is a city of quiet strength—built on resilience, resourcefulness, and a deep sense of community. Long known for its manufacturing base and cultural diversity, it’s now emerging as a hub of entrepreneurial energy and innovation. EO Winnipeg brings together the founders shaping this evolution—leaders who build with purpose, adapt with agility, and invest in both their businesses and their city. Our members lead ventures across industries as diverse as technology, agriculture, logistics, real estate, professional services, creative design, food production, and energy. Some are modernizing multi-generational family businesses; others are scaling startups that reflect Manitoba’s growing reputation for ingenuity and global thinking. EO Winnipeg is where entrepreneurs find authentic connection. In our confidential forums, members share experiences openly—exploring challenges, wins, and the personal side of leadership in a trusted space. These relationships provide more than advice—they offer perspective, clarity, and long-term growth. Our learning events are curated to match the pace and demands of building in Winnipeg. From leadership development and operational strategy to innovation and impact, we blend global EO insights with content that resonates locally. Entrepreneurship here means navigating a competitive but collaborative market—one that values relationships, reputation, and resilience. EO Winnipeg equips founders with the tools, accountability, and community to thrive in this unique environment. We’re also committed to giving back. Many of our members mentor young entrepreneurs, support Indigenous initiatives, and invest in local education and sustainability efforts. We believe that building a successful business means contributing to a stronger community. At EO Winnipeg, we grow with resilience, lead with integrity, and build companies that reflect the determination, creativity, and heart of our city.
