Abdulrahman’s company Glacé Roll produces and creates multiple flavors of handcrafted desert gelato rolls. He manages Glacé Roll while going to medical school full time. In the next 3 years, Abdulrahman’s vision for Glacé Roll is to have a Glacé Roll food truck, be the number one catering business, and the number one distributor in Bahrain.
