After observing a gap in the retail market, Alexa started Alexa Rose to contribute to the retail industry in Bolivia by creating accessible, quality garments. Finding the right staff with the necessary experience in manufacturing has been her biggest challenge. She describes herself as bold, thirsty for learning, and committed to leaving a mark, and wants to accomplish this by opening up branch stores in Santa Cruz and other major cities in Bolivia. On what makes her awesome and unique, Alexa says she has always been a big dreamer: “ I consider myself a visionary woman.
