Hailey's is an Ice Cream Parlor and Fast Food Restaurant that due to the pandemic had to reinvent its traditional business model to Ghost Kitchen where we stand out in the top 10 of the Restaurants with the most orders in the Region. It started as a University project and in 20 days of operations, more than $ 21,000 was raised, which was reinvested to open the first branch. My vision for Hailey's is that it can become the first Panamanian fast food franchise to hit international ground using the Ghost Kitchen business model.
