Wonky Woolins is a multi-award-winning children's toy business that provides early-stage children's toys and baby gifts that are ethically handmade by marginalized women in Morocco and Nepal.Wonky Woolins started when Chloe was 15 years old after she found a collection of wonky knitted creatures which had been passed through her family for generations. These toys had survived years of play and adventures from the time Chloe's Granny was a child inspiring her to start the Wonky Woolins. Toys nowadays are made with little care for the impact they make on the world or the people who made them and we wanted to change that by creating a unique and huggable character for a little one that was ethically handmade to last for generations of love. The best toys she ever received as a child were handmade ones, that had real character and life to them, and to this day she still cherishes the ones her granny made for her. Every Woolin is so much more than a toy they are a piece of art and a friend for life.
