David has always been pushed to create an opportunity for the rest of his community by creating a solution out of pressing issues in the same community. CutOff Recycle now not only helps to reduce the amount of waste hair contributing to pollution but provides employment opportunity to 100+ young people in Arusha Tanzania directly and indirectly. I am inspired at creating a better environment for job access for young people as an entrepreneur. In 5 years CutOff Recycle is going to employ 3000 young people in Tanzania and pioneer in waste management.
