Eber founded PONTO FOOD, with the purpose of finding ways to make fishing sustainable using technology, PONTO's first product is a "fish paste" that is obtained through their own "industrial production process" from the "heads and spine of the fish", this paste is used to make sausages and other food products with a high protein content. Before this solution, these parts of the fish were transformed into fishmeal to feed aquaculture fish and were not used for "human consumption". Eber seeks to expand this business model to all the countries that have fishing and aquaculture production.
