
In 2015 Fabian Lindner did an exchange semester in Lithuania. There he encountered mead (honey wine) for the first time and enjoyed it a lot. Coming back to his home region in Italy, he could not find it anywhere and decided to create his own prototypes. Speaking to experts and consumers and working on different recipes the startup idea was born: “Reinventing the old fashioned mead (honey wine) as a low alcoholic, cider-like beverage: Exciting, refreshing, and with a sustainable mission by being engaged in the support of bees and biodiversity.”
