Hosiana's brand is known as Cobryson's Investment Company Limited. She and her team are a Modern Real estate company that deals with resale of properties that are located outside the city. These properties are first bought by the company at lower prices and in bulk then sold off to the market on a profit. They are now incubated at the University of Dar es salaam, College of ICT since we have a potential IT project that is packaged as a system. This system is helping our company to solve major problems in our community and the real estate Industry such as: Insufficient information on the available properties (projects), Multiple selling of land, Payment management, Client and Project Management. Since starting their company, they were able to use self-fund methodology, seek loans from SACCOS through one of the director's name. Hosiana has an amazing team of 13 amazing minds that are divided into three categories : MARKETING, IT and FINANCE.
