Jose Volmar founded Our Flavour with the goal to create an impact-based company that could revolutionize the Dominican food industry. Our Flavour creates crunchy and delicious freeze dried snacks with the food farmers lose due to aesthetic standardss, inefficiencies in the supply chain and lack of infrastructure for processing. Creating a product that with every unit sold customers can support local farmers, get access to high nutrition, reduce food waste and carbon emissions. Jose's goal is to make Our Flavour the leader of freeze-dry sustainable food production in Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
