Jungil Park

Loka101 was created in order to solve residential housing problem within the city. In Seoul, the capital city of South Korea, many single residents such as college students or early 2030s are having trouble finding an affordable and safe housing to live in. Jungil and his team, are aiming to re-vitalize an abandoned property into youth dorm for many single residents. Loka is aiming to create a residential town within the city that is affordable, sustainable and pleasant to live in.
