After her traineeship in hotelmanagement Katharina graduated in business administration with a focus on social and health care management in Austria and Argentina. With Kuchentratsch, founded in 2014 in Munich, she successfully combines social impact within a business model. In 2015 she won the Münchner Gründerpreis and holds different scholarships. Kuchentratsch is a bakery where more then 50 grannies baking delicous cakes. On a voluntary basis Katharina works for an organization on crisis intervention. She led for example a team of doctors in Mexico giving medical help just 24h after the enormes earthquake in 2017.
