Keaton started InforMED Global along with 3 other international co-founders as a way to break the language barrier present between healthcare professionals and patients. He identified that there was a large disparity between the quality of healthcare, amount of diagnostic testing and overall patient disease ownership. Through creating an offline mobile healthcare language translation tool, InforMED acts as a facilitative tool in refining the healthcare professional's differential diagnosis, enabling the heightened specificity during the physical exam. Keaton hopes to implement artificial intelligence with machine learning to allow for real-time translation within the healthcare realm, using the microphone in one's smartphone.
