1 million transgender people in Bangladesh are abandoned from their families and are deprived of every human rights which made Lamea to create the platform TransEnd. TransEnd is a social enterprise that aims to empower the underrepresented hijra and gender-diverse community through education, training, employment and entrepreneurship. Lamea hopes that with the help of TransEnd, the stigma around the marginalized transgender people will come to an end someday through their social and economic liberation and they will live a life with dignity.
