Oshiro is the CPO&CTO of Mush and a student of Chemical Engineering. He started an undergraduated research project witch was submitted to an state funding agency. From this funding where all the story beggins from the mechanical, physical and chemical proprieties to "go to market" of this new material biotechnology called, fungi based biocomposites. We use agroindustry by-products to make Mush materials for various applications from, food, fungi based "leather" to acoustic pannels. We're on phase of market validation of the material and Oshiro expects that Mush in three years will develop the food and fungi based "leather".
