Amitis emerged from the annoyance generated by seeing thousands of people dying of hunger in the world. Seeking to act on the root of the problem, food distribution, we developed a concept of micro distributed agriculture through the implementation of sustainable hydroponic gardens, which are sold and donated to people who become Amitis Micro Farmers and can sell their production in a virtual delivery of the company, generating income for them and facilitating access to food for the population. In five years we hope to reach our first new country and impact thousands of people with healthy food.
