Cacao Embassy is a fine chocolate factory located in the country of origin of the cacao. The cacao Luis works with is grown 100% in Guatemala and is known as "Fine Aroma Cacao". He and his team work with local farmers and cooperatives, buying them at a premium compared to the international market price. They can afford this due to the proximity to the farms and all the savings that this implies, which also makes the product sustainable. Chocolate is a luxury, that makes the local market a challenge, so their goal is to export 80% of our production of chocolate bars to developed countries that have a great demand for sustainable and organic products like ours. Their current full capacity is 10 tons per year, which they are in the process of expanding to 90.
