Max and his co-founders founded Acutra due to the timeless issue of construction tools getting lost, misplaced or stolen. The team was moved by stories of small contractors having their livelihoods shattered and fascinated by the productivity issues in larger businesses. Acutra will first focus on ensuring that mission critical tools are where they are needed, when they are needed, thus cutting down on the overall waste in the construction industry. Within five years, Acutra aims to be integrated with tool manufacturers offerings to truly begin eradicating theft and waste from the construction, ensuring efficient projects and ultimately, less waste.
