"The biggest inspiration to start UrbansNepal was the biggest problem I was facing due to leakage problems in my washroom, and when I had to wait for 5 hours because the service provider was not professional and the one who charged me inappropriate. The focus of the business is to explore the problems of customers in their day to day life and find a way to solve it. My vision 5 years down the line is to launch 100 daily essential services through UrbansNepal platform which changes the customers pleasure into habit and creates room for dependence towards UrbansNepal
