Sergei co-founded Lyte Foods with his elder brother Denis when they found out that Denis' kids were diagnosed with lactose and gluten intolerance, and they couldn't eat sweet confectioneries at all. Lyte Foods creates modern plant-based confectioneries that are sustainable both for consumers' health and the environment. All the products are vegan, organic, allergens-free, and low in sugar and calories. In 5 years we aim to become a FoodTech company, that utilizes technology and alternative sources to develop sustainable plant-based confectioneries and disrupt traditional confectioneries markets.
