
Siman runs Yumus, a food company that specializes in creating unique flavors of hummus made in Guatemala while giving back to the local community – for each product sold, one meal (or the equivalent) is given to a malnourished child in Guatemala. Siman believes in living life to the fullest and he achieves this by exploring adventures that push him outside his comfort zone. The biggest obstacles he has faced is managing his time between school and business, making stakeholders believe in Yumus’ value, and consolidating the company’s brand.
